Discus and support System Link help in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I plan to hook up a couple of Xbox 360 consoles via system link for an upcoming gaming party but, are there any games that can support 8 guys on two...     System Link help


    I plan to hook up a couple of Xbox 360 consoles via system link for an upcoming gaming party but, are there any games that can support 8 guys on two systems?

    I need answers for Halo 3, Halo 4, Reach, MW3 and Black Ops 2 also.

    System linking

    This is specifically for back ops 3 zombies. I'm trying to system link with my brother, we are both offline, we can find each other on the "find LAN game" but when we go to join each other, it is party is not joinable. Any solutions?

    I thought system link was only for the original xbox. You sure you arent stuck in the year 2003 buddy?

    All the halo games u mention do. And i think the other two well. Cod ghosts does not. Only two per tv.

    HELP System Link

    Are you connecting through a network switch [or the Ethernet ports on a router] or just connecting the consoles together with the Ethernet cable?

    For system link play, all linked consoles must have the same game, game version, maps, and mission updates.

    Unless you are linking the 360's directly to eachother (which means neither box would have internet) you would be using a router/switch to do this anyway and in that case both units could possibly have internet access . You only need internet access on both
    if both will be playing online but then that is not what System Link is for (System Link is for LAN gaming) . For both to play online at the same time you would also have to have 2 Gold Xbox LIVE accounts (one for each box) .
