    System Link Failure (w/o Xbox Live)


    Trying to link a S and E console with System Link in the same household, I even created a new Ad-Hoc Network and synced both systems to it (my consoles are connected to the internet by a wireless router and yes each console has a BO2 game in it). Every time
    we have tried to create a game or even when we have started a new game in the system link, neither system will recognize the new game and the forum remains blank, tried hosting from both consoles as well in case one would work rather than the other, still
    failed. Also note that since I am a single mother of two that cant afford x-box live for both of her children's 360 system's, we are trying to sync this w/o x-box live which I know is possible but i'm having difficulties. We have never tried system link before
    because my daughter only just got her system for Christmas, so syncing is new to us and this is the only game that both of them have that have the System Link possibility. Anyone have a, or many, solution to this problem?

    When will this game hit the Bargin bin?

    They've already made back their production costs and are in the black now for profit on this game. It's not a huge success but it's not a failure. Until they see failure, I'm sure we'll keep seeing Gears. Even though w/o Cliffy B I'm not holding my breath

    The gamertag, F L o W can be used as Flow as well, making F L o w unavailable. It can also be used on Zune, making it not able to search on Xbox Live.

    GOW3 system link failure

    Try clearing the cache both consle while conected to Xbox Live and start the game, sometimes is judt this that helps you to resolve it.

    Are there benefits of having two Xbox one consoles?

    BC 360 games, such as Borderlands (great game btw) playable via system link. Not so great via XBL as w/o dedicated servers, now extinct, the game glitches and thus is unplayable.

    But ya don't need 2 X1 consoles, just 1 and a xbox 360 as well as a Cat 5e crossover cable.

    System link is the greatest for local play. But devs this gen, to their shame, excluded it.
