System Keeps Freezing

    System Keeps Freezing


    Since yesterday my Xbox One home screen keeps freezing. It happens when I hit the home button after playing game. It goes home but then I can't do anything. The only thing that seems to help is doing the hard shutdown thing But then it ends up happening
    again when I try to go back to the dashboard.

    Hold the button for 10 seconds again and wait for the light on the power brick to turn orange. Then unplug it from the wall for 10 minutes. See if it helps.

    Having the same issue no mater what game on or ofline. Thought maybe a bug in the update but I don't remember the last update as I haven't been on it recently and my wife updated it while I was out of town.

    Same problem here. Having this freezing problems since the November update... Very frustrating!!!

    Tried connecting to the Wall outlet , and no luck, still freezes 1 time a week.

    The thing is, with its 3 operating systems, the Xbox should be "unfreezable", no need to do a power cycle. :/

    I'm also facing the same issue but unplugging also didn't help. When i deleted and reloaded my profile it became ok but the same thing continued the next time i powered up the console. Any help?
