    My xbox one x constantly crashes my games. If I clear my cashe, I usually get about 2-4 hours before I'm back to 15 minute crashes and have to do so again. I cant play any online games because itll crash my sessions. Even offline games get exhausting
    when I have to hard set my console 3 times a day or more. It's to the point that I'm completely disgusted with my console. I also have a regular original xbox one. It never crashes. The load times are also faster than on my one x. This is completely the opposite
    of a better console and I'd like to know if there are any solutions. Factory resetting had no effect either. Makes me very wary of the series x and even pushes me toward the sony. I've been a devoted microsoft fan, but I can't even enjoy gaming now. Please,
    please help.

    Just to clarify, when you switch between games the system restarts? Does it continue to do this after you do a hard reset of the console by holding down the power button?

    Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account
