System is very noisy when in standby

I'm not sure if anyone else is having this problem but my One is quite noisy when in standby. The top right corner when looking down at it is buzzing; it's almost a crackling noise - i'd imagine it's the power supply but should i be expecting it to go bang
or does everyone else's do the same?

Can you check if yours xbox one's power supply is as much noisy as the one from this clip:



It is not my clip but my power supply is just the same noisy as this one.

Is this normal?

When my console is in standby mode all I can hear is the power brick.

It really depends how loud you are saying it is. When in Instant On (standby mode, power light is white), it does make a faint humming/buzzing sound, as does the power supply, but it's barely audible unless you've got your ear quite close to it. If that's
the level of noise you have, there's nothing to worry about.
