System Freezing w/ Strange Audio?

Hey guys, just curious to know if anyone out there is having an issue like the one I've experienced a few times today.

Set Up was as follows:

In a party with 3 of my other friends

Playing Titanfall

Using a new controller (Titanfall LE)

Using the Atlas Ear Force Headset

In the middle of a match, my audio went nuts and and sounded like a loud stuttering/audio loop and my screen froze. I waited about 15 seconds or so and it came back, continued playing the match as usual. Next game starts, abut 2 or 3 minutes in the same
thing happens. But this time it shuts my game down and brought me to the home screen but left me in party. After that I had to hard reset my X1 because I couldn't boot the game back up and I couldn't chat in party. No issues since then.

Just curious to know if anyone else is having a problem like this one.. If so just want to bring it to Microsoft's attention ASAP. Not sure if it's just another Headset Adapter issue or something different... I'm gonna try my headset that came with it and
my Day One controller tomorrow and see if it happens again..

anyone had any freezing in rockband.

Never had it freeze within a song (touches wood and spits three times), but strangely i did have it lock up a couple of times at the end of the drum and vocal tutorials.

It was very strange - it got to the loading animation of the crazy drummer after the tutorial and just froze and wouldn't go on. I had to reboot it both times...

So no, i never had it freeze within a song, but maybe there's a few bugs lurking in the game that make freezes possible.

yep i do it freezes the fret board stretches and gets smaller than goes back to normal strange

Had this happen to me also just the other day... I was just surfing through the apps and sound began to pop then echo... It was so dang odd, then the system froze. Forced into a soft reset which fixed the issue. Knock on wood, hasn't occurred since.

The same thing has happened to me numerous times playing Titanfall since getting the headset adapter and the Turtle Beach XO Seven headset -- the controller disconnects, the audio glitches horribly, and I have to reset the controller, which fixes it. It
happened twice yesterday, so it hasn't been fixed for me.

This keeeeeeps happening to me, it freezes the whole xbox Os, audio keeps playsing then freezes the whole system and the only way to shut off is by unplugging it. I am sick of this!!!!

I am having the same problem. All of a sudden it started controlling tv and forgot about the audio system. But strangely enough when I use Xbox 1 SmartGlass it controls audio system volume just fine? Hopefully we can get some help.

Occasionally I'll loose audio with this game too. I'll finish a match and the audio will just cut out. Very Strange. Some times it even knocks out my whole systems audio thought the stero headset. This has happened when the controller disconnects randomly
while playing game.
