System failure

    System failure


    System failure is it actually a system failure or a bug in the system cause this kinda annoys me but hmm.. System failure :(

    All of my games feeze on xbox live randomly or take a long time to . I turn off my xbox and then i turn it back on and i cant connec t my controller, then i wait a few minutes and then it works again.

    Well only turned the Xbox on got past the green screen come up saying system failure

    Good Morning caeleb,

    I would try the following steps to see if they resolve the issue.

    1. Make sure the Console is turned off
    2. Unplug the Console from the wall
    3. Unplug and reconnect all the cabling
    1. If you have any A/V equipment or your STB connected you will want to keep them unplugged for now
    • After the console has been unplugged for 2 minutes, plug the console back in and reboot the system
    At this point, if the Console is still doing the same thing I would try the next steps.

    • In Step 2 you will download the OSUDT1 file
    If these steps do not resolve the issue, I would recommend calling Xbox Support at 1.800.469.9269 or request a callback
    here. This may most likely require a repair to be started of it is still happening.

    I would try the following steps to see if they resolve the issue.
