    good night, 14 days ago buy a gift card xbox game pass for a month with a cost of 139 pesos and it's over because in the system says that I subscribed to a free trial of 14 days which was not so, its system not only did not meet the 30 days of subscription
    for which the card was redeemed is also forcing me to enter a credit or debit card to pay a balance that appears that I have expired of that same registration which was already paid in advance for 30 days and not for 14, I have the purchase record in my account
    where the amounts appear and where they were applied. I ask you attentively and respectfully to correct this error in my account in order to continue using your service since this account is the main account of one of my consoles, and it would be regrettable

    Pay 500clp for one-month of subscription to xbox live gold, but now I get discounted of my credit card more than 10 dollars for renovation. Do not give the option to not have an automatic renewal
