System Error

Keep on getting this system error code: E200 0000007E 00000000,

every time I turn on the Xbox.

I've reset the Xbox a couple times keeping my data, and it will start up fine but not long until this happens over and over again.

Anyone have any idea whats causing this?

Should have been only a error in their system or something, i don't think that GameStop would not sell such a system even before the release.

 

Blu Ray & DVD App Problems

DVD giving all the same error and never bother with US Blu Ray.

Xbox support was not helpful kept saying system was down and call back later.

 

Error E200 is usually associated with a failed/corrupted system update. If a
power cycle is not fixing your issue, you'll need to use the "Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool". Please note that you'll need access to a
Windows-based PC and a spare USB flash drive with a minimum of 4GB storage space, and formatted as NTFS.

Be prepared, following this process is a "last resort" type of solution, it must be thoroughly read, it will be time-consuming, and it will eventually determine whether or not your Xbox can be fixed or it will require you to send your console to Microsoft
for a warranty repair.

This is an issue caused by corrupt update files. You can fix this by using the offline diagnostic tool. You'll need a USB thumb drive formatted with the NTFS file system. Here are instructions for downloading an offline update file and using it:
