System error

    I have been trying to sign into my xbox profile and everytime I do it won't load it comes up with system error... 0x80048051 Help please!! Anyone know what this is?

    Should have been only a error in their system or something, i don't think that GameStop would not sell such a system even before the release.

    Blu Ray & DVD App Problems

    DVD giving all the same error and never bother with US Blu Ray.

    Xbox support was not helpful kept saying system was down and call back later.

    Hey there ModernHippy07!

    Sorry to hear about the error code issue. Just to make sure that we have not missed any troubleshooting steps, I recommend trying a few to see if we can get this issue sorted.

    Please give the following steps a try:



    • Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 5 seconds.
    • Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
    • Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
    • Power on your console and try to sign in.
    Give the suggested steps a try and let us know if you are able to sign into your profile.
