system error on xbox one - E102 10010c02 8b060007

When I switch on the console the error E102 appears.

The steps described in the instruction "Troubleshooting errors when launching the Xbox One" was produced. Once it helped. But when I switch on the console again the same error is appeared. When I tried to solve the problem by the previous way it did not
work.

Then I tried to restore the factory settings of console off-line using a USB device. After restarting the console with the USB device a new error E101 was appeared. When I click on the only button "Continue" nothing happens. Then I restarted the console
without USB device according to the instruction and the error E102 appears again.

Please help me to solve this problem.

Factory reset error

Im receiving a error code E102 00000C11 80070003 so I decided to reset to factory defaults but was brought to another error code E102 10010C02 8B060007 and tried resetting again but its not working. If anybody knows how to fix this please respond

It started with an E105 error, I didn't write down the rest of the code. But it quickly changed to E102 10010C02 8B060007. And today when I tried the usb method (offline update) the error code changed to E101 00000503 8B060007.

Since the last preview build, when turning the console on it comes up with "something went wrong", error code, E102 10010c02 8b060007.

Unable to reset to default, unable to offline update, i have an expensive paper weight
