Are you referring to the original Xbox One, One S, or One X?

From the information provided it seems this is a start up error (Error e102). We suggest trying an offline system update since the original issue is that there is an update error. The fix for this particular issue we suggest following our I

System Update Troubleshooter has steps that can help - from the first page, select "I need to troubleshoot a system update error", then select which Xbox One model you're using (original, S, or X), and then select the "I am experiencing a startup issue"
option.
