    Merry Christmas to me right?

    Noticed last night while playing Final Fantasy XV I couldn't share a photo I took in game, just said something like " Couldn't complete task, try again later ". I turned it off and went to bed. After my family dinner tonight turned on my Xbox and everything
    was fine, only I noticed a screenshot I took didn't upload to Xbox Live, tried to manually upload it and it failed, so I did a hard reset, when I turned it back on

    I had the System Error: E200 00000074 00000000.

    Did the recommended reset, same error so I tried to troubleshoot and do the Offline Update. Went to the site I followed all the steps exactly, except when I got to the extraction part after downloading the file it kept failing
    and said the file is corrupt. I have no idea what to do now....The only other option they're giving me is to Factory Reset,
    but I worked so damn hard for my save files, I just beat Final Fantasy XV at over 110 hours, not to mention

    the hundreds of games I've played since Pre-ordering my Xbox One Day One Edition
    on release....anyone have the same issues than can help? I'm DESPERATE!

    Also my Warranty expired sometime in 2015 as my system was a a Day One pre-order so if I need to send it back I'll have to pay $110 CDN System Error: E200 00000074 00000000 HELP!!!! :(

    Should I just format my system? what exactly will be lost? does the Xbox automatically make a Cloud Save tied to my Xbox Account every time I save my games?

    System error on startup

    Monday i was buying my xbox one .. played all the week but Friday I got a system error on the startup.

    Try couple time and alway a system error like e200 00000000 00000000, e201 0015f4c0 00000000 , e202 00000074 00000000 ..

    ok the console just turn offf ...

    Need help please

    ( i did the 10 sec hold and the Bind eject hold whit the osdt file)

    Hey there xMikeTheRipper!

    First thing, keep in mind that so long as you've been connected to Xbox Live your saves are tied to your Gamertag, so resetting to factory settings would only delete the game's install and not your saves. Have you tried downloading the offline update again
    onto a different USB drive to see if that helps? Make sure you're also downloading the correct file, as there are two different Offline Updates to choose from. Keep us in the loop with what's going on :0

    You could attempt basic troubleshooting again like power cycling and hard resetting, you can even attempt a soft reset, it'll factory reset your xbox but you can keep your games and apps, however in the end if that does not work then you'd definitely have
    to do the Offline Software update. First attempts to download OSUDT 2 then OSUDT 1, if those don't work then restore to factory defaults on your xbox one.

    Yes, you go to your settings > system settings > console info and updates > restore > keep games and apps, you'll have to redownload your profile, but that's about it, hopefully it works.

    So if I choose factory reset in the troubleshoot screen this will perform a soft reset right? And will games saved to the hard drive still be there, or will I have to install them again?
