    Well two things

    First you NEVER EVER call xbox support for insiders issues

    Any issues pertaining to the beta MUST go thru the development team and is covered as such

    You aggreed to this when you signed up

    Also this is an actual easy fix

    First login on any windows 10 device perferably a pc and download the insiders app

    Unenroll your console. Then update

    Then reenroll and then update to the latest beta

    As mentioned before dont use the OSU as its not meant for beta users and you were warned against it in the aggreement

    Betas do have bugs and it was clearly stated in the aggreement also

    If you want a perfect experience dont sign up for betas they are designed for testing NOT FOR people who want the latest features

    Why do you think they have polls to get feedback on builds

    The insider program can bring bugs but of course sometimes it can break the console testing different os's there is of course ways to do offline updates to stop os installation problems.
    Insiders CANNOT use offline system updates (OSU) unless they unenroll from the preview they are in. Unenrolling generally means a factory reset is required to restore the console OS to General Availability release.

    Thanks for keeping us updated. You can try an
    offline update    . You will need a Windows PC and a USB drive. If the offline update will not work. Your console is in need of a repair. You can go to

    device support     to register and set up a repair. Also out of curiosity, are you enrolled in the insider program?
