Any idea what this is or how to fix it? I've never seen this before but I just turned my xbox on and this popped up...

My Xbox One X is having problems loading games. For example, in Destiny 2 the music will go out briefly before the entire game crashes back to the dashboard. A couple of times this resulted in an entire system crash. I've tried both internal and external
HDD's and it doesn't make a difference. The game is also a digital download, so I don't believe it is the disc drive. I've also tried having the console repaired, which Xbox claimed it did, but the problem persists. I then contacted Xbox support who told me
the issue may be related to the Preview program, and asked that I factory reset my console. I tried that, but received the error code listed in the heading. Xbox support then told me to post here and see if the Preview hub could help me with this issue. Any
ideas?

You see the following error code and message when you try to download content from Xbox Live on your Xbox 360 console:

Status Code: 80070570

Sorry, there's a problem with the Xbox service. Try again later.

This may mean one of the following:

The Xbox Live service is temporarily unavailable.

You may need to clear your console's system cache.

There may be a problem with your profile.

There may be a problem with the hard drive to which you're trying to download content.

if you search error code 80070570 in the Error & Status Code Search on the xbox support page it will bring up some solutions to try to hopefully solve this error.

Thanks for coming to the forums. Sorry for the issue with the error code. The error code you are receiving is a system error code. If you are unable to pull up a screen at all, we recommend to try an

offline update. You will need a windows based PC and a USB drive.

I participated in the Xbox Insider Program, and my xbox crashed and did not call anymore, I tried factory reset and it appeared the error E106 00000000 80070570, I also tried the offline update through OSU1 and appeared the error E101 00000504 8B050041.
maybe it is because the version that had in my xbox is more current than the version of OSU1, since I participated in the Insider.

what can I do to solve this problem, will I have to wait for OSU1 available on the microsoft website to arrive in the same version that I have of INSIDER?

So, is it booting up? getting the dashboard displayed?
