System Error E105

My Xbox One fails to start up about once in every 2-3 attempts. First thing that happens, before boot, is a series of noises coming from (I think) the hard drive. They sound almost like the drive is attempting to spin up and failing - they're sort of half
way between a beep and a rattle - and come in a series of seven, then three, then another three. After a pause, they repeat again. The series is sometimes interrupted part way through, and followed by the console either booting normally or displaying a "something
went wrong" error screen.

I've had this problem on and off (mostly on) for about 3-4 months. I was getting an E200 error code, but now it only seems to be the E105. I've previously followed the troubleshooting steps for E200 (1. power off, disconnect from mains, wait 30s, reconnect,
power up; 2. soft reset, retaining games; 3. factory reset and offline update, wiping games) and they don't seem to have fixed the problem.

My console is up-to-date with the current OS: 10.0.14393.2152 (rs1_xbox_rel_1610 161208-1218) fre

The Xbox support website does not seem to have any mention of the E105 error, so I have no other troubleshooting steps that I can take (that I am aware of). What else can I do, other than contact MS directly to arrange a repair? The console is less than
a year old, therefore well within warranty.

My xbox does not light it puts me the green screen at the beginning and after a screen with written error system E105 00000000 8007045D

Could you be a bit more specific for us? When are you experiencing this error code? What happens when you experience it? We need a bit more information to go off of before we can know how to best assist.

Hi Numorf,

I got the same error at startup, code E105 at the screen "Something went wrong", and also didn't see any mention in the support page, the only thing I found was your post. But my situation is a bit worse because the system can't really boot, and the controller
doesn't work so I can't press the reset or troubleshooting button, so I am trying right now the directions in the error E102, to force it into troubleshoot, but so far it appears only the Xbox one gem screen and nothing really happens.

I will keep trying and I will report here again if I have any news.

Mine usually doesn't restart when I click the on-screen restart button either, though it does ping to confirm the first click. I have to hold the power button to force a power-off or pull the power before the console will actually reboot.

Meu Xbox One tenta iniciar uma vez por cada 2-3 tentativas.
A vinda do que acontece, antes da inicialização, é uma série de riffs vindos do disco rígido (eu acho).
Eles soam quase como se fossem uma tentativa de girar e fracassar - eles estão meio que entre um bocado e um chocalho - e vêm em uma série de sete, depois três, depois outras três.
Depois de uma pausa, eles repetem novamente.
A midia as midia less a caminho and a console inner hosting usual ou exibindo uma tela de erro "algo deu errado".

O problema foi ligado e desligado (principalmente) por cerca de 3-4 meses.
Eu estava carregando um código de erro E200, mas agora parece apenas o E105.
Eu já segui as etapas de solução de problemas para o E200 (1. desligar, esperar 30s, reconectar, ligar; 2. soft reset, retendo jogos; 3. resetar e atualizar offline, limpando jogos) e eles don parece ter resolvido o problema.

Meu console é atualizado com o sistema operacional atual: 10.0.14393.2152 (rs1_xbox_rel_1610 161208-1218)

O site de suporte do Xbox não parece mais do que o erro E105, portanto, não tenho outras etapas de solução de problemas que podem ser executadas (que eu saiba).
O que mais posso fazer, além de entrar em contato diretamente com o MS para agendar um reparo?
O console tem menos de um ano, portanto, dentro da garantia.

Estou com o mesmo problemas. Já fiz de tudo o que vi em tutoriais.
Troquei hdd. Quando consigo arrumar passam algumas horas e os erros ocorrem novamente.
Triste.

Unfortunately, if you continue to have the issue with the E105 error. More than likely, you're going to need to send the console in for a repair as noted in the 'Xbox
One Startup Error troubleshooter'.

Unfortunately that also failed. I also used the "offline update" USB option, and it seemed it was going to be successful. But then it failed again. It won't install a game from a disc or download, and freezes up again during boot. I can't reach the report
a problem page because it does this before I can get that far:

Thanks for keeping us updated on the issue with your replies. Sorry to hear that in addition to the system error sticking around, its causing havoc with your console's performance. If you haven't already done so, you may wish to consider performing a full
factory reset of the console. I know its a pain, but sometimes you've got to take it back all the way to move forward.

That being said, if your profile or console are enrolled in our Preview Program for Xbox Insiders, the troubleshooting may not work as intended. If you are an Xbox Insider, we recommend reaching out on the
Xbox Insiders Reddit pagefor further help.

You can also report this problem using the Xbox Insider Hub app on your console or from PC (even if not an Xbox Insider) so we can investigate it further:

On your console, install the Xbox Insider Hubapp (if you don’t already have it).
Hold down the Xboxbutton on the controller.
On the power menu, select Report a problem.
Describe the problem in detail, including when it happened, if you saw any specific error codes or messages, and if you were using any specific games, software, hardware, or accessories when you encountered the problem.

Give it a try and don't forget to let us know the results.
