System Error E102

I try to install a offline update and 33% into applying the update it encounts a problem and quits

my xbox wont even go to the home screen it just says system error E102 00000c12 8007045d the offline update dint fix it. i tried turning it on and off that didnt work. and theirs nothing on YouTube but people with the same problem that no one knows how to
fix. so now im paying for Xbox live and i have lots of new games that i cant even play because of this. and i don't have the money to buy a new Xbox because my old one randomly broke and its not like i broke it. it was just something random and out of my control.
and from what I've heard lots of people are having the same problem ........and am i the only one who thinks its not a coincidence that lots of people Xbox's get these error codes when the new Xbox ones come out right before Christmas??????

If all fails you will either need to set up a repair or contact Xbox Support like mentioned on that troubleshooting page.

I'm sorry to hear that the offline system update failed with a E102 error. How many times have you tried the offline system update? Sometimes you have to give it a number of tries. If it is still failing then you possibly will have to re-download the reset
files onto the USB flash drive as they may have gotten corrupted. If that still doesn't work then you will need to find a stable internet connection and download the update that way.
