System Error E102 after Factory Reset

SO, last night I began having issues with freezing and games not booting once again with my Xbox One. Previously when this occurred, after trying a hard reset and power cycling to no avail, I decided to try a factory reset and that ended up solving the issue.
When this started happening again last night, I went through the motions and still got nowhere so I once again resorted to factory reset. Only this time...it didn't turn out so well. My screen went black for an extended period of time before show this -

So after about an hour of research I made my way to the Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool, seeming to be the only promising solution to this problem. My question is; which version do I choose? My Xbox won't even boot up so I have no way of knowing what
OS it's currently running. Seeing as this happened after a factory reset, I feel like I should use OSUDT1. But I also feel like I could be mistaken and that I should be using the most recent version as my console was fully updated before this occurred. Any
help would be greatly appreciated.

For completeness sake, when attempting an update with the system update offline diagnostic tool i received the following

"

Then, when trying to factory reset

Getting System Error: E102 10030C02 80070079

I have tried most of the options to get my XBOX working. None of them is working. After waiting for longer time on Preparing Console screen I am getting System Error E102 10030C02 80070079. I did try to factory reset using usb, offline update using usb,
factory reset using troubleshooting screen on xbox and many other option

If anybody ran through the similar issue please help...

Try to run the console without an external hard drive (if connected) and in the offline mode , and then try to rollback to factory settings (support.xbox.com/.../reset-console-to-factory-defaults)
