System Error: E102 10070C02 8B060008

Hello fellow ambassadors and just fellow gamers and maybe parents, this kind of a complaint and a cry for help, my Xbox One X had this problem where it wouldn't load up games ill get a different error code which will tell me to uninstall the game, then reinstall the game, it got to the point that I was playing my xbox and it would crash and make me factory reset the whole console, and how it all started was I was playing cold war with my mates my internet cuts off to my Xbox so I go to the internet settings, I get a message pop-up thing telling me to make this work please factory reset the console. So I reset the console it turns off my console like normal it says "Preparing..." it will stay on that screen for ages and then it will say "Something went wrong." it'll give me two options one being "Restart this Xbox", when I restart the Xbox it repeats the same process of the preparing and then to the Something went wrong screen. The Second option is Troubleshoot that give me the option to factory reset, that option doesn't work because it repeats the process of the Something went wrong screen, the next option it Usb offline update, that doesn't let me press the button so I got a Usb with the update format on it won't let me press the button the next option is to Restart the Xbox, I have tried everything.

So I did the hard shutdown waiting 10 seconds. Didn't work

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Didn't work

I did a factory reset. Get system error E102 10070c02 8b060008 when I try to start the xbox

I saw that you've already tried the solutions provided by Microsoft, to solve this error, unfortunately, the ways that exist to solve this problem are usually factory reset, and doing the offline console update, but you've already tried. Thanks for looking, but I have done all of that. As a last resort I just did a "soft reset" and now it keeps giving me a system error: E102 10070C02 8B060008. All from the steps I tried through the xbox support site.
