    I have been getting this error every time there is a system update and it usually fixes when i go to trouble shooting and do a factory reset but with the latest update the factory reset wont work, this xbox has previously been sent to xbox support to be
    fixed and I got I back yet its not fixed.

    Are you able to provide more information please? for example are you on PC or Xbox? What are action are you trying to perform when you receive this error? Are you signed up to the Xbox Insider program for system updates?

    Hello, i reccomend you do a hard restart by holding the power button for 30 seconds until it turns on and off again, please let me know if this fixes the issue
