System Error Code E102 xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx

I just got the xbox one today and I am getting this Error code after I download the Update (E102 00000007 8B060008). what does it mean and how can I fix it?

To resolve this problem, use the Xbox One System Update Solution:

Go to the
support.xbox.com/.../system-updates-solution

Select I am getting an error message or an error code.

Select I am getting an error code.

Scroll down the screen and select E101 XXXXXXXX XXXXXXXX.

Follow the instructions in Step 4 to successfully update your console.

3. Select I am getting an error code.
4. Scroll down the screen and select E100 XXXXXXXX XXXXXXXX.
5. Follow the instructions in Step 4 to successfully update your console.
   

 

As you have not yet got any saved games, I would recommend you reset your Xbox One back to factor settings. Go to:

support.xbox.com/.../reset-console-to-factory-defaults

That's a nice Idea but the problem with that is that I can't even pull up the menu or anything I just get the code with the words "system Error. Contact Xbox Customer Support" in 11 different language

Try buying a new one or report it to Microsoft.They might just give you a new one.
