    I have recently plugged in my kinect and since I plugged it in I have received an error code 0x87de07d1. this is reading on all my disc games. I have not lend it out nor have gotten ride of any of those games.. I am vary frustrated with this code. I have
    tried rebooting the xbox, deleting my gamer-tag and still having this issue.. It just does not want to load so I can play my games.. Any help with is would be helpful.. Thanks

    System Error Code 0x87de07d1

    As this code tells that the disc in the drive is not recognized it may be a problem with your disc drive.

    You may check the error code at Xbox Error Status Codes | Xbox Support



    You may try doing a system cache reset. Hold the powerbutton for about 15 seconds and keep it holding even when the one turns off after some seconds. Wait for the power supply to change the color to orange and then restart the console.

    You may please also have the permanent storage on your Xbox cleared. The can be done at settings / disc and blu tax. Please do this three times and then let cycle the console again.

    If this does not help at all you may need to phone the support to have your console serviced. The proper phone number can be found at

    Ok... the box is reading my music disc, but when I put in my games it says that code.. so it has me by the whiskers

    As this code tells that the disc in the drive is not recognized it may be a problem with your disc drive.
