    System error after update


    Hi, had an update earlier now I have a black screen stating "System error. Contact Xbox customer support", followed by other languages, I've restarted it multiple times and the message appears still. Any ideas. thanks

    System error after update

    Try booting with the controller the console while pressing and holding sync button on the front of the console (black square above usb ports on S and round white small button on classic 360). This will clear any failed, incomplete or corrupted updates. When
    the console gets to the startup screen it should initiate an update is required and with any luck this should correct the problem.

    Sorry to hear it. If you tried restarting, etc. then give phone support a try to see what they suggest. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269
