System crashing when installing games - Series X

I know I'm not HomelessHippo69 but I am also having the exact same issue and I wanted to answer your questions. I also have the Xbox Series X and am playing the Series X version of BF2042

1. The game crashes and/or restarts the xbox within around 15 minutes of playing the multiplayer game. It usually starts by just crashing the game but as I keep re-entering the game and play the crashing eventually turns into a full on shut off and restart of the console. I rarely can even finish a full round without crashing/restart of Xbox. The game seems to crash and/or restart my console in a shorter time period than usual when playing the game with friends. This is only happening when I play Battlefield 2042. Also,
   
2. I have the Xbox Series X|S version installed
   
3. The game is running off the internal drive.
   
4. I will submit a bug report.
   
5. There are no game updates to install. There was a season 2 game update that happened earlier this week but this issue was happening even before the new update released.
   

It’s crashing for me also. Booting back to the Home Screen. I have the physical disc downloaded to the Xbox One X system so it’s not a specific issue to the Series X. This will most likely have to be patched at Microsoft. The base game works only when downloaded to the system offline. The forced update while online causes it not to boot up.

No change. When I go into details the system type says "Xbox One".

When I use the Microsoft Store app and try to install to my Series X, the relavent option says XBOX - even though the name I gave my system is "Series X".

1. May we know if you are playing cloud game or installed games on Xbox console? - installed games
   
2. Since you mention two consoles in your description, may we know if there is still available storage left for the console to process and run the games?- Both consoles have more than 50% capacity remaining
   
3. May we ask if both consoles are updated? - both consoles are updated
   
4. Do you notice error message or code when the game crash? - no error message, the game just closes and returns to the Home Screen. This is more of an issue on the series X (games last longer on the newest console)
   
5. Are the apps crashes too like the game? - unknown, apps not used. Older games do not crash
   
6. When will the crash happen? During or at first launch or after an hour of gaming? - it happens within 20 mins (with 20 mins being the longest battlefield has lasted at all on the series X)
   

There is no extra content for the game I can navigate the menus but when I load up any race the game crashes every time. It does this on the series x only it works fine on Xbox x.
