System crashed when I was logining as my gold member account

when my xbox360 is turned on with internet linked，I can see my account login will be success,and how many friends is online.After I can see the login circle only,then it stop and the system crash,every button on control does not respond,and put down the
xbox button the green light will flash but can not link the box as the first control.

I have test that, I unplug the netlink, the xbox can login.after that I plug the net link then do network test the report show it is ok.xlive is ok.and system is ok.At last I login my live gold account ,the system crash again and show my account is loginning...

Please tell me why?

Is it because I had to use my account on xbox one?

Xbox 360 Issue HELP!

The other day, I was on my Xbox 360 and tried downloading the WWE Network app when my console froze. I restarted the system and logged back into my Xbox Live account and now every time I do log back in, my system freezes on the dashboard. It only does this when I log into my Xbox Live account. If I skip login, I do not have any issues.

Could someone help me please?!

 

I paid for a gold account, but i still in free account

As i said, i paid for a gold account xbox live but i can't play online with friends.

i have the mail wich say i'm gold member, but it's not.

When i go to xbox.com, and check my account it say i'm free member, but when i go in my billing info, i see the bill of the gold account.

Actually i'm french, excuse my english.

I was still okay to login yesterday, but when I come back home today, the situation persists.

Whenever I try to signin for xbox live just after starting the console, it freezes at the loading circle.

It wont happen when I do not sign in.

It's interesting that when I do not sign in and load a disk, it enters the game and I signin afterwards, it doesnt have trouble!! and I can still enjoy my live doing in this way.

But it is really troublesome for this problem.

Its like the Dashboard Freeze Problem which happened years before.

 

I have this problem as well. It takes forever to sign in, then when I do, it signs me right back out and freezes.

 

Same problem for specific profile login. Dashboard freeze only with xbox live connection and one of my main profile, otherwise everything is fine. Tried to use USB stick instead of harddisk and download my profile again but problem persist.
