    System crash after changing games


    System: Xbox one s Preview: alpha

    When going to switch from games I close the game and go to the next game my system will crash. Doesn't matter the game but example would be playing rocket league then go to Apex legends the system will turn off. I need to remove the power in order to be able to play. Don't know if this is hardware or software related.

    Yes, same here .

    After each jump to another system, game crashed.

    I deleted my local saves (as Bethesda support email)

    But syncing didn't recover my saves and My lvl from 109 changed to 16 😑😢😭

    Why dose Call of Duty MW2 on my XBOX Series X keep freezing and then returning to the main Xbox dashboard it has been playing perfectly fine up to now but what ever I do it keeps crashing.

    The Nat setting on both says Open and the game is still crashing after changing the DNS settings.

    Try removing the hard drive (if present) like mentioned here, to see if that makes a difference:

    support.xbox.com/.../add-remove-hard-drive

    If console wants to update, skip that, just check if console performs any better or not

    No. This did not work. And today it won't show my profile at all. Even after I reset. When it starts up with the xbox 360 logo it takes like 3 minutes to load my homepage.

    Hi there,

    if you think the issues have been there since that update I advise to try these steps, it should do a rollback on an update, which could result in it fixing the problems:

    On your console, go to Settings hub, and then select System.

    Select Storage.

    On your controller, press the following button sequence:

    1.Press the left bumper.

    2.Press the right bumper.

    3.Press the X button.

    4.Press the left bumper.

    5.Press the right bumper.

    6.Press the X button.
