System black out issues, log in error with code not found???

idk what is going on, but the last 2 weeks I have been getting REALLY frustrated with my xbox. First it started with the console blacking out during a game or freezing up during netflix and youtube, which is not AS frequent in the last couple of days, but
NOW I cannot log into my account (old 360 OR new one acct) AT ALL. However I can log into the OTHER xbox in the living room. It gives me error code 0x80070002, but if I look it up in here, there IS no code like this. idk what is going on but I am getting REALLY
irritated... between work and school I have MAYBE an hour to be able to play a game or watch netflix, now I am wasting it on here... >={

Is there a temp. issue going on or is there a problem with the xbox? It is only a couple of yeas old. I still have my 360 from 2004... if the 360 can last 12 years I expect the One to last 24....

Game will not complete download

My game gets to 94% and errors out. Error code indicates disc dirty ect... More often I get a timed out error. The disc in not dirty. XBOX 1S. Has anyone had any of these issues? I had the same issue with Black OPSIII. Please, any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Xbox One will not start

When starting my Xbox One it logs me in then I get a black screen saying "Something went wrong" with error code 0x90010108, with instructions to contact Microsoft.

 

If you are able to sign normally here: xbox.com it means there is an issue with the account files in your console. To solve this delete your account from the console, clear your console cache and download your account again.

okay, I hit a snag.

I cannot find a way to clear out the cache. I assume it would be in storage, but I dont see anything

You can follow these steps to clear cache on an Xbox One:

Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it powers down completely.

Unplug the power cable from the back of the console so that the power brick in not connected to the console.

Press the power button on the console three or four times. This will ensure that any remaining power in the battery is drained, clearing the cache on the console.

Plug the power cable back into the console.

Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.

Turn on the console using the power button.
