System ban until 2018

hey I’m gonna be honest here so I got 2 bans and they’re both 2 weeks long and I finally got unban but I still couldn’t communicate, so I rang up support and they told me I’m getting ban until jan 2018 I dont understand why I didn’t mod/hack or anything
like I only made messaged this guy because he and his group were cursing at me, I’m guessing they all reported me, can you guys do anything to help me please I’m sorry. Thank you

No, this is new. I've had xbox live for 10 years, been swearing the whole time, never been an issue until now.

*need help*

I got a communication ban on, March 22, 2018 throughout April 5, 2018. I was on my phone and i got a notification that read “ New message from Xbox Live “ as i pressed, it said that i had another active ban this one throught April 13, 2018, how is this possible
if i havent played on my account since my first ban, which was on the 22nd of March. Plz help, idk how i got another ban

No one on the forums can do anything as the enforcement team do not use the forums.

Sounds like during the course of their investigation the enforcement team found other offences you had committed & you have been issued a 100 day suspension.

These tend to not show up on the enforcement site
here so you can not file for a case review.

You will have to wait out the suspension.

Not sure what you mean that it's "part of the November 2018 Update" but our team is "still working on getting that option implemented into the console". The November 2018 update is the system software update that was released for the Xbox One today. If
it's not on the console at this point, it's not in the November 2018 update.

Are you saying we have to wait until a future software update on the Xbox One? How long will that be? Seems like this should have been discussed inside Microsoft before posting on this thread that " The moment has come finally.With the November update
the change should now be implemented."
