    I dont know if something was off with the last system update or not, but my x1 is slowwww to load some games/movies now. Also, my blu ray player app (also very slow) will only play blu ray discs & doesnt recognize a regular disc. Not sure if there is a
    different/better app available, but xbox is getting ridiculous. Also, really frustrating that customer service has disappeared now. Any help or suggestions is appreciated.

    Hello again, the App also had an update recently, may be some incompatibility between the App and the new system, which we can not know if it is the App or the system to phone.

    Try uninstalling the game and then reinstall it. Also, make sure you go to your Microsoft Store app and update the game's system update.
    I have reinstalled several times and it does not work. In store, apps are updated automatically. What does game's system update mean?

    Same problems with my app too. Better not mess with my streaks lol seems it happened after the xbox system update although the app worked after the update but then glitched out 10 mins later. Looked like the app reinstalled or updated after the system update as well. I've had problems with the top 10 achievements for 500 points before. The app hasn't bugged out this bad before. Updates seem to always mess something up🤦‍♂️
