    Everytime i try to load into mw2 on my xbox series s i get the same prompt that says “Sys_Error dev error 10482” and it kicks me out immediately. This has been going on for about 5 days and sometimes it lets me load in but it just says the patch files may be corrupted and it asks me if i want to clear the cache or not and if i either click yes or no it kicks me out of the game immediately. I’ve tried almost all fixes, deleting reserved space, uninstalling and reinstalling the game 4 times, taking my account off my xbox and adding it back, and i’ve tried all in-game fixes and none have worked.

    My name is welcome to the community and Happy New Year.

    Hello Her, in your description you say that you tried some procedures on the console. however you already tried to reset your console keeping games and apps, if you haven't tried it follow the procedures below.

    Another thing that can help, if you are playing in a new generation console, like Series S/X is try to remove games from quick resume, because when you will start some game that is very heavy in matter of memory for the console.

    And finally try to do a reset on the console while keeping games and Apps.

    The first is a clear cache

    1. Go to the Xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on the console for 10 seconds until it turns off

    2. Wait 10 seconds until it turns off

    3. Wait 1 minute with it off

    4. Turn it back on

    Xbox One reset keeping Games:

    Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

    Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

    Select Reset console.

    Restore and maintain my games and apps.

    Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

    Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

    Hello again, if this problem is happening only with modern warfare 2, try to review your network connections, if you are on wi-fi connect the Xbox with, network cable and do a factory reset on the console by deleting everything and install only modern warfare 2 to see if it behaves the same way.

    Hey thanks for replying quickly, i tried resetting the console keeping games and apps and it didn’t work :( , it just kicks me out of the game immediately

    . It seems to be a problem with my xbox.
