    Syncing Problems


    I’m having a problem with my Xbox and syncing my controllers and headset I was just playing no less then 30 minutes ago and when I couldn’t load up my games I restarted my Xbox, after doing so my headset desynced and my controllers too I’ve tried every combination of restarting my Xbox, I did a hard reset, I restarted my internet, I put new batteries in my controller, but when I go to sync my controller and headset the sync button on the Xbox doesn’t want to work but I just used it to sync a new controller that same day

    i am having the same problem and i was far in the game i was over level 300 and had $31,500,000 and lost it all and i called xbox about the problem and they said delete the game and my game save form everywhere and i did now i lost it all and i am still
    having the problem with the syncing just sits there and dont sync they need to fix the dam problem

    Hi SB_Typical, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Please perform an extended powercycle by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Unplug your console for 5 minutes.

    3. Plug it back in then turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    i have had this problem now for a month now and its still not fixed i hope forza 6 dont act like that we spend all this money on game and we have problem with the could storage the most stupid *** every go back to hdd storage cause we cant access our files
    in the cloud storage the problem is probably is a corrupt file in forza 5 that is causing the problem but nobody nows how the access the cloud at all not even xbox but it is there program
