    Syncing Problems


    I have just purchased Forza5 from the Xbox store, I raced on the first track and had about 3 races in all. When I started the game the following day in sticks on the syncing screen, I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, I have crashed the Xbox
    and waiting more than 10minutes before starting it up again but nothing works. Does anyone have any ideas on how to sort this before I start hounding them for my money back?

    Either try hard resetting or delete your save from 'Console Only'

    I am trying to play terraria on xbox one and it is trying to sync but it will not it says cloud cannot sync at this time try again or play offline if I try again I get same message and I do not want to start again if I play offline any help please

    Ii am having same problem u are having i just bought call of duty ghosts and after the first few times i played it i could not sync. I don't know why pleas respond.

    Before you try returning your game, there is a current server issue with some games over live. Since leaderboards and other features are effected please have patience they are working on the problem.

    I seem to be having trouble syncing back from forza horizon 2. Messed w/ settings, even rebooted everything back to factory default. Only thing that i be done to work was unplug for a min. Plug back in & wait a min before starting. It worked, but now its
    doing it again :/

    I also have a problem whit synkimg it seams i have lost all my cars and all drivatar stats in forza motorsport 5, Microsoft, Turn 10 fix this isue and give me somthing for the trubble please

    i am having the same problem and i was far in the game i was over level 300 and had $31,500,000 and lost it all and i called xbox about the problem and they said delete the game and my game save form everywhere and i did now i lost it all and i am still
    having the problem with the syncing just sits there and dont sync they need to fix the dam problem

    i have had this problem now for a month now and its still not fixed i hope forza 6 dont act like that we spend all this money on game and we have problem with the could storage the most stupid *** every go back to hdd storage cause we cant access our files
    in the cloud storage the problem is probably is a corrupt file in forza 5 that is causing the problem but nobody nows how the access the cloud at all not even xbox but it is there program

    Hi SB_Typical, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Please perform an extended powercycle by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Unplug your console for 5 minutes.

    3. Plug it back in then turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​
