    Hello guys, I need help about this problem that I've read already happened to many.

    Just recently I acquire an X1X and already have an external drive. Just 2 days ago I'm seeing this error about syncing saved data games and can't save and continue my games. I go to the storage and clear saved data, it works but is not resolved.

    I even tried out to reset my Xbox to it's original fabric but again, the problem is there. (I also got the error code E105 because the screen kept black for more than 10 minutes)

    Is it about the external hard drive? Have anyone resolved this or figured it out how to stop this?

    Xbox One error loading save, cant start games or apps.

    Do you get the following error message?

    ERROR 0x80831002 There's a problem with your saved games ...

    Hello, have you tried power cycling. if that dosn't work you may want to contact support.

    Hi there,

    I'm not sure this is about the external hard drive, since save games are, as far as I know, saved on the internal drive (reserved space).

    But if you want to be sure, try moving a game to the internal drive an see if the same happens for the game.

    An E105 error can be related to hard drive issues.

    Regarding that E105 error if it happens again please see the steps for E105 on this trouble shooting page, it has all the steps to try regarding this error code:

    Since you already tried resetting it to factory defaults it might be an hardware related issue

    If all fails you will either need to set up a repair or contact Xbox Support like mentioned on that troubleshooting page. When contacting Xbox Support use either the Phone option or the Microsoft Support Chat option on

  6. I couldn't pass any game to the internal storage. It happened again the trouble with the local saved data, I had to clear the data and again, the E105 came up.

    Thanks for responding and keeping us updated. As previously advised by our Ambassador WPAK, your best course of action is us our Xbox One Startup
    Error Solution
    to troubleshoot the E105 error you're receiving. Be sure to disconnect your external hard drive when doing any troubleshooting. Give the troubleshooting steps provided in the wizard a try and let us know the results! It will definitely not
    steer you wrong.
