Syncing data!

hi guys, I want to add me 2 pence to the problem

I have been having the same issues, are you all having issues with speed of downloads too? because I am.

I have even bought a new router and had Sky my ISP work on my connection for 2 hours and we could not find any problem what so ever.

The only work around I have found is to connect the xbox wirelessly to my mobile phone using hotspot and then the sync normally downloads in about 10 seconds. the only downside to this is that factory resetting my XBOX and installing all my save games has
now put me over my monthly allowance on my mobile and will cost me £6.99 now.

If you really want 1 or 2 games I would recommend using your mobile, if you are trying to install them all, don't.

XBOX Support want me to send my XBOX One to them at a charge of £89 to find the problem.

Hope they solve this problem. In the meantime I`m downloading my main games and using Forza 5 with my console save, began a new game, so I stop syncing and it loads from my console but could see my old save is still on the cloud dated on August 27th. It`s
strange this happens as the saves are not big files and the rest is working fine, like downloads, store, forza Hub, etc. Connections are fine I am now wired connected, Checked open Ports, Port fowarding, router firmware update, etc. and all is running fine.

I went to sync from my 500gb to my new 1tb consol dark souls 2... 100+ hours..

now I cant even sync the data back to a 500gb ...

my game is lost!

 

Getting the samething Monger. Getting sick of the we're investigating response feedback from MS. This isgoing on months now........

Only thing i will add is i have 2 consoles, and am also a member of the preview program

I'm getting shocking sync times too. It took half an hour one day for Witcher 3 and Forza 6. Just waited one hour for Project Spark to hit 20% sync before giving up. Syncs could be slow before but i'm in the NXOE now and its way worse than ever. The biggest
waits are when playing a game for the first time since upgrading to Win10.

I'm in UK, wireless Sky router. 10MBps

 

So those who were hoping the new dashboard update would correct this, don't hold your breath same issues, same games.

Really wish I wouldn't have spent $400 bucks on a second console, especially considering MS seems to be ignoring this!!!!!

 

Couldn't agree more W0LVERINE. I have two consoles as well. Currently Diablo III is the only game that will sync. Everything else takes hours and then freezes or stops. It's ridiculous. If I hadn't invested 1,000'$ in hardware and game purchases I would
have taken both consoles outside, poured ethanol into them, struck a match and watched them burn!!!!!

I opted out of the preview programme because it made my console into a brick. A week later it forced me to update my second console into the preview programme! Consoles should be plug and play. That was always the attraction. I haven't been able to play
a game on my Xbox One for two days now, besides Diablo III.

I could have purchased PC parts, built it, downloaded the software and be playing games within a day!!!!!

 

Having the 8083201d sync issue myself over the last 4 days. Some games sync others won't. Been unable play Forza horizon 2 or Forza 6.

Hope it gets sorted soon. Anyone managed to get it working?

 

Same problem, with fifa 16. Was able to sync data through using my phone as a wifi hotspot, but I shouldn't have to.

 

Having the same issue on FIFA 16 also. I regularly use 2 consoles and it is a complete nightmare. It takes 20-30 minutes sometimes to get to 98% only to get a 'We are unable to sync your data' error. This is on a 200Mb Virgin Media connection.
