    Syncing Data.


    Tried to load up a world on minecraft and it says that I need to sync it in order to play it. I click sync and wait for it to complete which takes quite a while due to the world size. when it gets to 100% it comes up with a message saying "sorry we were
    unable to sync at the moment" does this mean that my world has been corrupted.

    when im talking about syncing im not on about the first sync when you click play game on the minecraft main menu, I mean when I select one of my saved worlds.

    Just upgraded to W10 on Xbox and am experiencing this same issue with all my saved Minecraft worlds. Did you find a solution? My kids are going to kill me! Syncing Data. :(

    no sorry not a decent solution had a chat with microsoft 5 times to try and sort it but still nothing. they said that my internet was rubbish which makes no sense, my syncing problem happened when i did a factory reset, of course microsoft told me to delete
    all my local saves which meant i had to try and get them from the onedrive which has been totally useless with a message of "sorry we couldnt sync the data at this time please try again or choose play offline". All my games are affected not just minecraft.
    Although i can still play the others since the online servers are seperate. Sorry about that. You can try and talk or chat with microsoft support but it didnt sort my problem out

    as its synching quit the game then start it up again, this usually speeds this up

    Does this help speed up syncing if it takes over 2 hours to normally sync

    Syncing of Data

    You could try, if your saves are already backed up to the cloud:

    Go into my games > Fallout 4 > Press (≡) > Manage:

    Try to find on the right column the saves under your username, if they were already downloaded to the console

    Press menu on the saves -> select delete

    Make sure to click from console, NOT FROM EVERYWHERE (this would delete all of your saves forever)

    Power cycle your xbox

    Open Fallout 4 and let it reinstall (try to re-sync) your saves from the cloud.

    This is a lot of data, I ran out of game saves and there is 2 gb worth of storage so it can take quite a while. A reboot may help it along

    I'm having this issue with fallout 4. When I try to play it just says "syncing data for fallout 4" forever. No percentage ever comes up. If I try to cancel the sync and just play offline, I'm missing so many hours of game saves.

    My internet is working fine, and I've tried a bunch of different suggestions around here with nothing fixing the problem.
