    SYNCING DATA set my account to default.


    Hi, I've been playing Forza Horizon for long time. My pc was having a problem and I had to reset it, after resetting my PC I downloaded Forza Horizon4 and lunch the game, when I click Enter to play it says syncing data. I let it for about 2 hour but it was still stuck at 0%. I restart the game and I kept on getting the same thing. I then reinstall the game afte the installtion the syncing data wrok this time. I let it update, after the update it took me back to the start of the game, basically I have to do the Entire tutorial again. from what I saw in the game I've lost everything I have on my account, my Level, my Cars, the only cars I had left there was the cars pack I bought with realy money. everthing I have in the game is gone. it set back to default with lvl1. Please I need my account back.

    It seems that there are general issues with Forza Horizon, their team is already investigating!

    The code sets the settings to factory defaults but formatting the hard drive will remove accounts and data.

    Game save data for Starfield on Cloud gaming

    To start, I would recommend checking if your Xbox Live account is properly synced with your game save data. You can do this by going to the "Settings" menu on your Xbox console, selecting "System," and then "Storage." From there, you can check if your game save data is properly synced with your Xbox Live account.

    If your game save data is not properly synced, you can try manually syncing it by going to the "Manage Game & Add-ons" option for Starfield and selecting "Saved Data." From there, you can select "Sync Now" to manually sync your game save data with your Xbox Live account.

    There is no "Sync Now" option. At least not on my xbox.

    It would be great if there was a fix for this issue as i have lost almost 50 hours progress and Sync issues still persist. For the record I have 1gb Internet speed with 0 issues. As suggested elsewhere I check my network connection and xbox reports all is good and no problems with any other game nor cloud gaming.

    Restore Factory Defaults file is about 21 mb big, if you do this make sure your account is sync. So you dont lose anything like game saves, game data from the store etc
