    Syncing data problem


    First time this has happened to me. Getting the syncing data screen and it goes and says "We couldn't get your latest saved data" I really need to be online to keep my achievement progress going for Netflix, TA and the CW apps. Any suggestions? I heard that
    a factory reset will do it, but I don't really want to save and do that.

    Hey guys!

    So I have a problem when I launch Battlefield 1...

    Everysingle time it launches perfectly... Then all of a sudden it says syncing data, it doesn't have time to even load that it says "something went wrong" I tried putting the code online but they didn't manage to find me file. For what reason, I have no
    idea.

    But so if someone could help me, the help will be much appreciated.

    Syncing data problem

    I am currently having the same problem. Could be xbox live. Give it time to see if it works later.

    Same here. Just hoped on X1 after getting home from work and can't run any app/game really. It gets stuck syncing data...

    Same here. I can't/daren't play anything offline in case I lose progress. I can't leave comments on friend's clips either.

    Hello, Xbox are having some problems right now yes they are aware of this and are working on a fix.

    The following are the problems: Accessing or retrieving data stored using cloud storage

    Joining other Xbox Live members in online games

    Managing friends lists and tracking what friends are doing

    Sending text messages to other Xbox Live members

    Unlocking achievements

    Viewing achievements

    Same exact issue I spoke to professionals and had a three way call with developers of Forza and xbox support still no problem fixed I was 95% complete with the game I own all the DLC and every thing I'm a die hard forza horizon fan I just want to play Forza
    with my saved game... This is the 4th month :(

    So my solution to the syncing error:

    Got this error when my xbox one had wired network connection, tried all the stuff that was described above - nothing helped.

    Then changed my connection to wi-fi and it Helped, game had been synced instantly.

    What ajr said worked for me. Stayed on 100% for at least 20 mins after it took an hour to get there. I took disk out and popped it back in. Worked right away.

    I am having the same issue.....I've deleted, cleared cache, resynced, deleted and reloaded my account. Nothing has worked. I've been around XBL since the beginning and have to say that this console is by far the weakest attempt so far and the customer support
    blame game between the developers and the XBox team is ridiculous. I don't need complete silence from T10 or a website moderator on Forza.net telling me its not T10, then call Xbox support only to have them blame T10. I don't care who is to blame, I just want
    my $80's worth.....and I haven't gotten it yet.
