Syncing data for Halo: Can not update.

I just installed Halo MCC on a new XBox One. Every time I start it, it attempts to sync my save data from my other Xbox One. It bombs out every time between 26 and 55% and I get the error message: We couldn't sync your data with the cloud just now Try syncing
again or use this game or app offline. (8083201d) and of course the only way it will let me continue is in offline mode, so even if I wanted to restart my campaign or multiplayer I can not. Everything else works, downloading new apps and games, ect. Console
is hard wired directly to the service provider termination device. Any help?

Game won't Sync Data

Update**

Now something else is happening. Instead of it not syncing data it says "Please try again, For some reason it took too long to start. (0x8027025a)

Data not Syncing

No reset your Xbox by holding the power button on the front until it turns off a factory reset means you need to install your games again

I am getting the same thing... by any chance was 1 save on a 500 and the other syncing to a 1tb?

Sorry to hear it guys. Have you tried holding the power button on your console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps?

It should sync automatically to the cloud while I'm play, right? Then, all the other console has to do is update it's data by importing it from the cloud during the syncing process. For some reason, it doesn't do that. For example, I can play on both consoles
with Halo 5 and MCC and all the data syncs. (I can mess around with Forge in MCC or H5 OR I can play the campaign on one console and the pick up where I left off an hour later on the other.) However, when I jump on to Forza and run a few races or just drive
around in the game, what ever progress I make doesn't sync (or if it does, it doesn't sync on the other console because of a glitch or something).

This seems like a common fault. I looked at the Halo message boards and found this;

"Update: I have a fix! I wiped my save data and booted up MCC (every game was installed) I cancelled syncing. It wouldnt go to menu so I had to quit out and boot up the game again. ut when I did, sound
was back in halo 2. Checked all other games and they have sound too. All my data is still here as well so it looks like a save data syncing bug possibly? So far it's working ok"
