    already uninstalled and installed and continuous with the same sync error not load. I don't know this can influence it or not but the microsoft store search bar doesn't type

    today i bought the ultimate game pass then i went to download gears 5 i downloaded and started it but it was syncing data and it was 0% and when i clicked cancel and not sync the game would load infinitely

    Have you tried uninstalling & reinstalling the game or perhaps a hard reset (holding the power button for approx. 10 seconds while it's switched on) to see if that clears the issue up?
