Thank you for keeping us informed. Really a pity to hear!! It shouldn't be your account because you've already played the game. Surely you signed up both PCs with the same account (email & gamertag) at microsoft - right? So after your system seems to be
uptodate, it should be up to the network! If you are still connected by wireless please try a RJ45 cable. If your Computer is additionally logged in to a Windows Network Server or a home group - log it off there for testing purposes. You should do the same
with an additional installed anti-virus and Firewall.

Sometimes it helps at Game Pass Games to disabling game bar:

• Click the Start button.
• Click Settings.
• Click Gaming.
• Click Game Bar.
• Click the switch under Record Game Clips. Screenshots and broadcast with Game Bar so it turns off.

But then I would also be at the end of my "What can I do" and try to find Information at a gears specific webside!
