Synchronisation infinie des données / Infinite Data synchronization

Bonjour,

J'aurais besoin d'aide car je ne peux pas jouer mon jeu, Age Of Empire: Definitive Edition. Lorsque je démarre ce dernier, il est marqué au milieu de la fenêtre: Synchronisation des données... C'est bientôt fini. 0%.

Cependant, cela fait quelques jours où j'essaie pendant quelques heures de synchroniser ces données, mais la synchronisation ne se fait jamais. J'ai réinstallé le jeu plusieurs fois, désinstallé puis réinstallé Xbox app, mais rien faire.

Merci de m'aider trouver cette solution.

I could use some help because I can't play my game, Age Of Empire: Definitive Edition. When I start the latter, it is marked in the middle of the window: Data synchronization.... It's almost over. 0%.

However, it has been a few days since I tried for a few hours to synchronize this data, but the synchronization is never done. I reinstalled the game several times, uninstalled and then reinstalled Xbox app, but nothing to do.

Thanks to help me.

When i go to Xbox Live Multiplayer i can see that on NAT Type, write : "Teredo is unable to qualify" and from Server Connectivity : Blocked.

And this error (enclosed), when i run the command on PowerShell.

Thanks to help me to resolve this problem.

I tried to unistall and reinstall Teredo Adaptater but after enter the command in Command Prompt, not any adapter named Teredo appear.

I tried everything on "https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-on-windows/social/troubleshoot-party-chat" but couldn't resolve this problem.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Forums!

Make sure the Windows PC is up to date and go to Start menu > Windows Settings > Gaming > Xbox
Networking > Xbox Live Multiplayer

What does it say for the NAT Type and Server Connectivity? Does it provide the option to "Fix" the issue?

If your issue continues,
check your firewall software (if you have any).

Ensure
that ports 3478 and 5222 (UDP & TCP) are open and forwarded, then repeat the steps above.

Many users are fixing this problem by Executing a Power Shell Command. Try following these steps in order:

Open PowerShell as administrator.
Type the following command and hit Enter:
Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

Sorry for the issue with trying to update. You can try this
update troubleshooter. This don't work then you can try a clean boot and app troubleshooter.

In the Windows Store you can search for the "Xbox App (beta)" and install that and that might work better for you. If troubleshooting the normal app doesn't work, that could be a workaround
for you.

Corrupted data may cause your apps and OS to not work properly. here are two steps on how to isolate the system issue:

1. Perform a clean boot, this helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update, or when you run a program in Windows 10. Here is a

guide on how to perform a clean boot.

2. Here is a
guide on how to download the apps troubleshooter.
