    Sync - Windows 10 devices


    I don't have all day and to be honest, these forums are an absolute JOKE,

    The windows 10 companion app on PC AND Win10 devices - phones, tablets. (NOT THE OLD SMARTGLASS APP) does not sync messages or allow to view any new message, tried re-install and all that 'Apple fix' garbage that the "Xbox Support" ((<RETARDS smh)) suggest!

    I don't expect a reply or even want a reply. Just make sure that one of you pass it on to the correct department, obviously between unlocking diabetes pro and copy & pasting pointless 'fixes'

    Xbox 360 wireless receiver does not recognized by pc

    Hi...My pc cant recognize the xbox 360 wireless receiver.The receiver does not
    show in device manager under other devices or xbox peripherials.But my controller finds and sync with the receiver.My OS
    is windows 10.The device was working fine less than a month ago.Thanks in advance.

    Xbox One S controller won't connect to Windows 10 Via Bluetooth & Just Shows Up As "input" On List

    From what I recall when I had to re-sync my controller with Windows 10, it didn't work with the Everything Else option.

    Right click on the Windows flag in the lower left on your PC and choose Settings

    Click on Devices and click Add Bluetooth or other device

    I believe this was the area where I couldn't get my controller to sync using the Controller option. I believe I had to use the Bluetooth option instead

    Can you see if there is any update for the game available in the Windows 10 store? If the game version is not in sync with the latest, it might be causing issues with the sync from the cloud.

    And are you syncing a save from a console version, or a different PC, or is this an issue with uploading your local save to the cloud? Curious if we're troubleshooting actually transferring saves to different devices, or a general sync issue.
