    I had my Xbox One stolen last November. I decided to wait for and now have an Xbox One X. I set up an account that got my previous gamer tag (I guess through my phone number??). I cannot find any of my previous purchases for online games I had purchased
    or any other information outside of the gamer tag. Help?

    Xbox is telling me to get Gold even though I have it?

    Another way to attempt to fix this, is to remove the account from the xbox in settings->accounts-> remove accounts. After that is removed login with that gametag again to force the console to fetch your live subscription data. In rare cases your Xbox account and live account will lose sync.

    Xbox gamertag transfer help

    Did you create an offline account on your 360? It also sounds like you created a new account on your One. If this is the case you can't merge the account data. If they are the same account then you should be able to sync all your achievements just fine.

    Achievement "Warlord" in Halo 5 will not unlock.

    Sometimes achievements take a day or two to sync to your account.

    these are Microsoft controllers and I have been through the sync process with them and they will occasionally sync for a minute or two but not stay synced.

    Sync your console with the same account as your PC.

    Your Microsoft account is the determining factor.

    Xbox account is a Microsoft account. Don't confuse the two.

    The account may have a gamertag attached to it.

    2FA access to your account with the Authenticator app on mobile is a simple step to sync.

    You may need to factory reset the console and re-input your details, but this shouldn't be necessary, all things said and done.

    The controller does need to be synced. There are two options to do this.

    1. Use the sync button beside the USB port

    2. Hold the controller in front of the Kinect to sync automatically.
