    did any one have a sync save games problem on xbox one x no project scorpion me and another 3 friends have the same issue.

    whe did all of poseple fix reset console delete the account and re instalit transfer the games to exeternal hard drive delete the local save games but nothin I download and re instal the last update whith usb of line and nothing I speak whith ms and se says
    to make reset the console nothink specific does any one know the reason is console proble or software

    Getting Error Code 0x838601e7 on World of Tanks

    Just found a solution in case anyone else is having this problem: go to settings > system > storage and select clear local saved games. This will force the game to sync with your cloud save and should fix the problem.

    Data Lost - Xbox One

    Had a problem with my game saves syncing in the cloud. Try restoring factory settings in the settings menu. It worked for me.

    Hey there, in some cases it might take a while. It can also be a connectivity issue or a Xbox Live issue.

    Check the
    Xbox Status
    next time. As far as I know you did everything possible.

    You might want to try it with another connection (for example phone data?)

    Yes I have try to connect whith another connection I have test me connection and is all ok I have 100mbps down and 100mbps up whith 40latence put tha same problem have another 3 of my friend's whith xbox one x consoles sees fix if Force shutdown the console
    by xbox console button or delete the local saves data put after 1 or 2 days is back averting is runing good on my console nothing lagging or something else

    Hi kostasTT,

    Thanks for reaching out to us with this issue. If I'm understanding correctly, you're having some trouble syncing up your game saves as its taking a long time to sync with the cloud. This can sometimes happen if your network connection isn't as stable or
    strong as usual. As Sanana94 pointed out, it may be due to an
    Xbox Live service alert
    , but if you check and there is none, then you'll want to do some troubleshooting to your network connection on the console.

    To test your network connection:

    1. Press the Xbox button
      to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select Network.
    5. Select Network Settings.
    6. On the right side of the Network Settings screen, select Test network connection. The test will run automatically and let you know if there’s a problem with your connection
    Should you receive an error message when you perform the test, please us our
    Xbox One Network Connection Error Solution
    to troubleshoot.

    Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist, it sounds like you're experiencing an issue with game syncing. What I recommend doing is performing a

    soft factory reset
    on the console. Please be advised it will remove the profile from the Xbox Console and please choose the option that says to keep my games and apps. I hope this information helps solve the problem. Please let us know how it goes.

  9. Try clearing cache. Put your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out.
    Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
    After trying this, reinstall the game.
    It may work for you sync save games problem :D.

    I try and this think she's make on every game not only for my I know 2 Moro people with his same xbox one x and she have tha same problem I try everything I'm nervous and tired whith this think and I don't have specific answer

    Nothing again I think is my console issue I restart my console and I have e200 I restart again and she's pop up the e105 I make reset and is freeze and pop up the e102
