    Sync PC with cloud gaming


    I have been playing games on PC since quite some time so I have all my saves there. When I have tried the Xbox cloud gaming that was included I was surprised that none of my saves were synced, I have check on another PC and it works just fine. I understand that Xbox cloud gaming is still in beta but this bug exists since I tried it.

    What is the point of having a cloud gaming platform it does not manages to access cloud synced saves ?

    Open the Xbox app on your PC.

    Click your profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen and select "Settings."

    In the "General" section, check if the "Sync files saved to the cloud" option is enabled. If it is not, be sure to activate it.

    Next, go to the "My Games" tab in the Xbox app and select the game for which you want to check cloud sync.

    On the game page, look for the "Manage" or "Options" option and select "See more options."

    A list of options related to the game will appear. Look for an option that says "Sync files saved to the cloud" or something similar. Make sure it is enabled.

    Once you've verified and enabled cloud sync, you can try to force a sync by following these steps:

    Open the Xbox app on your PC.

    Click your profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen and select "Settings."

    In the "General" section, scroll down and look for the "Sync now" option. Click on it to force an immediate sync.

    This should initiate a sync of your cloud-saved files to your PC. If there are files saved in the cloud, they will be downloaded and synced with your game.

    not all games on pc gamepass sync to the cloud, some only save to the pc so make sure to back these up.

    It should save automatically on the cloud, everytime you start the game, it tries to sync with the cloud, the newest save file goes to the cloud, wether it's on your pc or xbox live,

    Can you see if there is any update for the game available in the Windows 10 store? If the game version is not in sync with the latest, it might be causing issues with the sync from the cloud.

    And are you syncing a save from a console version, or a different PC, or is this an issue with uploading your local save to the cloud? Curious if we're troubleshooting actually transferring saves to different devices, or a general sync issue.
