    Sync issue but no errors testing network


    Xbox says it cant load my last save data and all my app pins are missing. Nothing loads on community tabs or store tab. When i test my network it tells me everything is fine.

    I tried hard reset. Internet reset. Nothing is fixing it at the moment. What else can i try?

    Problems with internet through xbox one

    Just rerun the test for network connection on your console so that error message is verified. If it does not connect again, the network connection troubleshooter will fix the problem for you.

    Been trying to download Tekken 6 for 4 days

    might be a network error mate. try rebooting your router, modem and see if that solves the issue.

  4. Sync issue but no errors testing network

    Delete your profile (make sure you have the email and password to get it back) then shut the Xbox off and you modem and router ...when it all comes back up , re add your profile...it may sync a short while but all should be good afterwards. ..

    Went to try this. Forgot i had not tried signing out. Only turning off. So i signed out and then in and it started asking for my password...which is never asks for. Now it works :/ it maybe glitched out n forgot my password? This dashboard always seems a
    bit iffy.

    Hi there. If it isn't already, try using a wired connection instead of wireless. Next, run a network test, so that you can see if there are any issues with your connection. To do this, go to Settings, Network, Network Settings, Test network. If any issues
    pop up, use this page to help troubleshoot:
    support.xbox.com/.../network-connection-error-solution


    If there are no error messages, since you've already tried a different console, try syncing at a friend's house if possible, preferably with a different ISP. If that still doesn't work, I would contact Support again (support.xbox.com/contact-us)
    because it sounds like the issue is on their end, not yours.

    Error: “We couldn’t sync your info with the cloud.”

    This error occurs when your Xbox One console can’t maintain a good connection to Xbox Live. If you can, select the Play offline option to use the data on your console’s hard drive instead.

    To test your network connection:

    Press the Menu button on the Xbox One controller.

    Select Settings.

    Select Network.

    On the right side of the Network Settings screen, select Test network connection. The test will run automatically and let you know if there is a problem with your connection.

    If you get an error during the test, try the Network connection solution.

    Hi there!

    Thanks for reaching out to us with this issue. Sorry to hear that you're having trouble syncing up with the cloud data. Usually this happens when an Xbox One console is having an issue keeping a good connection to Xbox Live.

    To test your network connection:

    1. Press the Xbox button
      to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select Network.
    5. Select Network Settings.
    6. On the right side of the Network Settings screen, select Test network connection. The test will run automatically and let you know if there’s a problem with your connection.

    If you get an error during the test, try the Xbox One Network Connection Error Solution.
