Sync error youtube, games etc

Hi Guys,

I'm facing a problem that has started a week ago.

I can join games, youtube and other app but before starting all those, there is warning showed up that is "syncing your data". Then error comes couldn't make it.

Then I choose work offline option and it works.

But there is an interesting things happen all my datas comes.

But I couldn't take invite from my friends fir games and conversation.

But I can send them

Do you have a solution for that problem.

Receiving this error on YouTube, rocket league, pandora, etc. However am abale to play games with physics media.

Is this only happening to one Xbox Live account? Can you please try signing in using a different account and check if you're still getting the same error?

If yes:

1. Turn your console off and unplug the power cable for about 30 seconds. Then plug it back in and turn the console back on.

2. clear alternate MAC address

If no:

1. Remove profile from console and redownload it.

2. Turn the console off and turn it back on

But 1 and 2 dodn't work.

I will try other 1 and 2 then will give you answer.

By the way, do you have another idea comes please share.

Yeah. Can you go to Home > Settings > All Settings > System > Console Info and Updates? Then check if there is an available update. If yes, proceed with the update. If none, the last thing I can think of is restoring factory defaults and just redownload
everything.

I fixed that problem via chaning DNS.

Evreything is working properly.
