    Sync error and no online features.


    halo 5 guardians is giving me some trouble. When the game is opened it says that there was a problem syncing data and that I can't access online features. I've tried many possible solutions such as Xbox hard reset, reinstalling halo 5, re-adding account,
    different account, disconnecting and reconnecting Internet but nothing helps. My multiplayer connection is fine, other games are running perfectly.

    Just bought Xbox Live Gold for 6 months, but still can't use the Online Features (Multiplayer).

    Well if the error is "account can't access to online-feature" the first thing I'd check is the Xbox Gold membership and if there's any issue with that since that error refers to online features and not the game in general.

    Just to make sue I understand...Are you connected online?

    The Xbox One will automatically sync your saves to the cloud unless you're not online...with the latest save.

    Per the link below or in your own words....what happened to the save?

    -Error: “We couldn’t sync your info with the cloud.”

    -Error: “Your other Xbox is taking a long time to sync to the cloud.”

    -Message: “Which one do you want to use?”

    -Error: ”We can’t save additional info for…”

    I do not play destiny yet I get this error. I played most of my games offline. The one time I go online just to sync my console to the online account and then poof can not play at all. not online or offline. then there is the purchase and content usage error
    that is going on which is frustrating.

    I have no idea if my friend has tried it but it’s not the game that’s being installed but an update, and it says I’m not connected, but every other online feature works. I’m mainly annoyed that my Xbox won’t sync, is it the cloud saved data or?

    Could you please elaborate on this? There could be many reasons why you'd need to restart your console or even ways you'd need to get online.

    I know earlier in the day there was an Xbox update that had negatively affected multiple users, myself being one of them. The update wouldn't process all the way and would 'boot' users online giving them the only option but to restart their consoles. In
    my case, and a few cases from friends earlier, turning the console off and then on would help but the update menu would pop-up randomly and kick them back offline even though it said it couldn't finish updating. Is that your issue? Is it a similar issue?
