Discus and support Sync Data Issues in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I am having trouble with sync data for forza 5 and Fallout 4 it keeps failing over and over I have tried all trouble shooting steps but nothing works...     I am having trouble with sync data for forza 5 and Fallout 4 it keeps failing over and over I have tried all trouble shooting steps but nothing works why won't MS do anything about this problem I have been having since December last year.

    hey there Sync Data Issues :)

    I don't think you can do it...

    Cause when you choose one, the other is automatically deleted on the cloud saves :S

    Just recently my house wi-fi was disabled for about a week. So I was playing the story mode for Grand Theft Auto 5 for the first time, until I could get my wi-fi back. However, I went to a different house and played it there and unsurprisingly the data didn't
    sync (because I wasn't online when I was playing earlier). And so I just had some fun and messed around, really early in the story. Now when I got back to my other house, which now had wi-fi, my X-box asked me which file I'd like to sync the data with. My
    options were one from today, and one from a later date. I chose the one from a later date, thinking it was the one I had while my wi-fi wasn't running. Now it turns out, It was the one from the other house, and I lost all my saved data. Is there any way to
    bring it back?

    No it will not provided you've been playing online. It will just pull your cloud save.

    Hi there. My name is Ron, I'm an independent advisor. I will be more than happy to help you.

    Please try the following steps one at a time to resolve the issue:

    Solution 1: Do a power cycle to clear the cache of the console

    1. Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

    Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    3. Plug the console power cable back in.

    4, Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox console.

    Solution 2: Try setting up manual DNS settings.

    1. Please go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings > DNS settings >> manual

    2. Primary DNS: 208.67.222.222

    3. Secondary DNS: 208.67.220.220

    Solution 3: Please try setting up a mobile hotspot connection using your phone, then connect the console to the hotspot connection. Try syncing your game data and see if it works.

    Solution 4: Do a factory reset.

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.

    3. Select Reset console.

    4. Reset and keep my games & apps.

    Thank you for keeping up with us. The option to clear local saved data removes saved data from the console itself. As long as the console has a connection to Xbox Live, saved games are automatically stored in the cloud. If you have any games that you have
    played while offline, we recommend going online with those games to upload the saved data to the cloud. Once all you saved data is secured on the cloud, we suggest clearing the local saved games. Sometimes an account may have trouble with collecting the saved
    data from the cloud. This is where clearing local saved games can help. The option to clear local saved games will re-sync the saved data from the cloud to your account. We hope this helps!
