Sync cloud data not working again and again....

not quite experianced it to such awful degrees, but noticed syn data popping up every time i use certan apps like youtube, fails and crashes app. have to turn off and on to get it to work, then its fine untill i turn console off, go back on later and same
issue again. maybe it never saved you date to begin with, ie save crash, but you playing unaware cos game running fine? again one more issue on an allready huge pile since november update.

 

i have been having this problem since after fallout came out ive tried every suggestion under the sun and nothing has worked for me my nat is open and all my stats are very good right where they should be ive chatted with xbox and my isp and they both try
and pass me off on each other ive pretty much given up and hope that MS will fix this very soon

 

Synching Data for Fallout 4

I suspect this is not just for Fallout 4. On a wired internet. Purchased a second xBox One to coop with kid (surprise surprise...no coop.) Had started the game on the other console. The new console takes forever to synch and has failed multiple times,
although I've not actually seen it give me the final error message.

I'm on hour 2 right now attempting this synch, having tried all of the fixes I could find on the internet. I think the slow synching issue is still present.

 

Yes I too am having syncing issue with fall out 4. I just deleted local saves, including the 4kb file whil going offline. I am now syncing again. Currently at 42%. Been 30mins at least so far. Looked at quite a few threads on this. I have to say I am
not impressed with level of input and lack ofsupport from MS. If I can't find a resolution, they will loose a long standing customer. If save games is not relliable, even with a cloud based architecture then you just cannot use it. My issue started after
installing Disney infinity 3.0 / adding another new profile.

 

I've started to have these problems today with Fallout 4 after logging up almost 48 hours of gameplay. Where is the solution Microsoft???

 

Oh and I think this thread should go back to being unanswered as it's becoming clear that the issue is not resolved by the people still posting

 

We're having the same issue. We just got the Borderlands digital bundle on sale, and set up her old profile so we could play local co-op and she could keep her level, guns, etc. Was hoping to get some Fallout 4 in before she gets home, but it's been syncing
for almost an hour now. At 46%.

I'm not seeing an option to delete save files from the cloud like others have mentioned, and how I've seen on other forums and the support page. I go into the individual game management and there's nothing to scroll right on. Only option I have is "internal"
button with the options to move, copy, or delete. I could be missing a step though, but seems like I've followed the steps to get where I need to be.

Should note, I was in the preview program, but I opted out when the new dashboard seemed to lag. I only joined to get early access to backwards compatibility, and that was underwhelming. I'm assuming my console is still connected to the program, or the dashboard
I see is the current dash for everyone.

 

Ok, so this might help some. I went ahead and got into a chat session with Xbox support. I went through their steps, even removing my profile. When I got the console back on, and added my profile back, everything came back- Gamerscore, profile pic, background
colors. Load up the game, and the sync goes somewhat faster, but sticks at 99% after about 45 minutes. It's stuck for roughly 15 or so minutes.

I press the Xbox button on the controller to go the dashboard, press Right Trigger to go to My Games/Apps button and press A. I scroll over to Fallout 4 and press A to load it, and lo and behold game has loaded, it's at main menu, and ready for me to play.

Now, after reading other threads and topics on this situation, I know I've got to delete the crazy amount of autosaves. Sure enough, 20 minutes later, I've deleted the veritable $#!t - ton of saves. I hadn't realized there were that many. After this, I load
my most recent save and head directly into game settings and change the Pip-boy save option to disabled and Wait autosave to off. I go ahead and leave the Travel autosave and sleep autosave on, but will most likely turn those off too, and just train myself
to save manually enough and before traveling.

These settings can be changed at the main menu, but I wanted to change them in-game and then over-write an existing save I left on my list. Currently, there are 3 saves files. I backed out and re-loaded, seems to still work fine, loads right up. Other games
have had to sync, so I've started deleting unnecessary files there as well.
